Hey Mamas! I just wanted to take some time to talk to you all about the New Willow Breast Pump….

I had a Willow Pump with Hugo and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this pump and company! Yes it is a little pricey compared to other pumps but for me it was a no brainer because I wanted to exclusively breastfeed my baby and this definitely help me to not only reach my goal but exceed my goals in breastfeeding Hugo. I was able to breastfeed him until he was almost 2 yr old and I have the Willow Breast Pump to thank for that!
As a working mother sometimes it is difficult to find time to pump. (Especially as a Labor and Delivery Nurse… since I can’t always plan my time during my shift at work to go and sit down and pump.) As a nurse, the Willow allowed me to pump while helping my patient get an epidural, pump while being the circulating nurse during a cesarean section, and pump while helping my patients learn to breastfeed for the first time. And as a mother the Willow allowed me to pump while moving into our new home, pump while driving to and from work, and pump when trying to build my supply when going back to work!
I believe that Willow is such a great company because I did have one issue with the Willow Pump and they quickly resolved it. One night at work I was pumping and looked down and there was breastmilk all over my work scrubs…MY PUMP was LEAKING! I went to take my pump off and discovered that one of the breast pumping bags had a hole in it (I had the Willow Pump WITH bags… not the bagless). My Breastmilk leaked all into the pump making it no longer work. I called the company the next morning when they opened and they said that they were so sorry and they wanted to help me resolve this issue quickly! They asked that I send the entire container of “bad” bags and the no longer working Breast pump back to them and they would send me replacements. They even paid for me to return the malfunctioning items. I received all new items the NEXT DAY! They made it so easy for me and I really appreciated that! Again, I have nothing but good things to say about this company!
The New Willow Go seems to be a better price point but is still a hospital grade breast pump (which is a good thing) and in my opinion something that you want to look for when getting a breast pump. I highly recommend this pump!
