7 Things You Should Do During Your Pregnancy…

There are many things to do during your pregnancy. Here are my top 7…

1.Keep a journal:
Writing down your pregnancy adventure or writing a letter to you new baby with your hopes and dreams together! This is very similar to the Journal that I had and absolutely LOVED!! It had everything I wanted in a pregnancy journal!

2. Call your insurance company:
Do this so that there are no surprises about what is covered throughout your pregnancy and find out what hospital you can go to. (Ask them about a Breast Pump- later on in the pregnancy). Also make sure you know how/when the baby will be added onto your insurance. What the necessary steps will be.

3. Take care of yourself:
I tell my patients all the time….You have to take care of yourself first before you can take care of others! Maybe sure you are eating healthy and drinking plenty of water each day…And getting plenty of sleep!

4. Kick Counts:
Keep track of baby’s movements (once you start feeling baby move- usually after 20 weeks). You are looking for 10 movements in 1 hour x2/day.

5. Start looking into Cord Blood Banking: I LOVE and went with Cryo Cell. If you have any questions or would like more information and a a discount on Cord Blood Banking please feel free to email me at BabyBumpLife@gmail.com Also, Check out my Youtube video on Cord Blood Banking and on Cryo Cell.

6. Sign-up for Classes:
Childbirth, Baby Basics, Breastfeeding, Infant CPR, Car Seat Safety, and Prenatal Yoga. If your unable to make it to any physical classes check out my YouTube Channel for FREE Childbirth, Baby Basics, Breastfeeding, and Infant CPR info/education!!!

7. Start thinking about your Baby Registry and educating yourself on the Newest Baby Products!

Make sure you take sometime to enjoy your pregnancy. Some mamas choose to do a Pregnancy Photo Shoot to capture all of the beauty during this time! Although somedays you may feel very uncomfortable and miserable just remember the pregnancy really does go by pretty fast!
